I have created a custom report (based on an exisiting one) and have been tweaking the layout. Under design view, the form previews OK but under generate and print preview it is an entirely blank page. Printing the page, does not print and the file name being printed (as reported by windows) is "". I expect it is a corrupted form but how do I repair it?

Found the problem. If the form has 2 instances of the same field in it, the form will be blank when printing. I wanted to have the ticket number appear in 2 places on the form but this causes the issue to appear.

Thanks for letting us know about this behavior.
I have tried to replicate this but didn't happen to me (the report prints fine also when the same field appears twice). In any case, we will look into this and try to find the possible reason for this behavior.
