    Is there any way we can edit the Priority field (Immediate, High, Normal, Low, Not Applicable) to the priority scale/names that we use?

    Yes, you can rename existing priority names under Tools > Option > Tickets (Admin) tab > click the button 'Customize Priority Value'.

      Can we also customize the color of the tag as it appears in the ticket & dispatch windows?

        RangerMSP auto-displays tickets with the priority values in special colors, that are currently fixed and cannot be modified. Thanks for asking.
