RangerMSP-Continuum Link

Continuum:

RangerMSP-Continuum Link module is a bi-directional integration syncs Continuum Site, Device and Ticket information with RangerMSP’s Account, Asset and Tickets, respectively, in real time. This integration module has been developed by RangerMSP and is based on Continuum’s API. Not only does this integration enable you to manage all RMM Tickets from within RangerMSP to streamline your workflow, but the sync also enables you to close a Ticket in Continuum simply by closing it in RangerMSP. Also, all of the information about Devices and Sites that is recorded in Continuum is automatically sent to RangerMSP, and you can easily select whether to link or import the data into RangerMSP.

RangerMSP-GFI MAX Link

GFI MAX:

RangerMSP-GFI MAX Link module offers a direct integration with GFI MAX.

The integration can link GFI MAX Site and Device information with RangerMSP’s Account and Asset respectively, in real time. This integration module has been developed by RangerMSP and is based on GFI MAX’s API.

The integration enables you to manage all RMM Tickets from within RangerMSP to streamline your workflow. Failed Checks in GFI MAX are automatically converted into service Tickets in RangerMSP. Also, the information about Devices and Sites that is recorded in GFI MAX is automatically sent to RangerMSP, and you can easily select whether to link or import the data into RangerMSP.

  • Automatically syncs GFI MAX failed checks to RangerMSP Tickets.
  • Allows you to manage all issues (RMM events and standard Tickets) from within the Tickets module in RangerMSP.

  • Saves you time and helps you avoid duplicates and errors common in manual data entry by automatically sharing data between GFI MAX and RangerMSP.

  • Event Logging which reports all events received and sent by the RangerMSP-GFI MAX Link module, including arriving failed checks, skipped failed checks and failed-checks updates.

  • Skip rules so you can define a condition in which the system will ignore failed checks that you don’t want any Ticket created for. All failed checks are still reported to the RMM Event Log.

  • Integrated with Labels for automatically assigning a default label to Tickets created by the GFI MAX Link.

RangerMSP-Kaseya Link

Kaseya

The RangerMSP-Kaseya integration automatically converts incoming email alerts from Kaseya into RangerMSP Tickets using RangerMSP Email Connector. Once the Ticket has been created in RangerMSP, you can manage the RMM ticket from RangerMSP. For more information, click here.

Using the RangerMSP Email Connector, this integration between this RMM system and RangerMSP automatically creates Tickets in RangerMSP from incoming email alerts from Level Platforms Managed Workplace. N-able™ N-central™

To integrate this RMM tool with RangerMSP, the RangerMSP Email Connector automatically converts emails sent to RangerMSP from N-able N-central into RangerMSP Tickets. Once converted into RangerMSP Tickets, this Ticket items can be managed from within RangerMSP.
In addition, using the built-in Online Services feature in RangerMSP, you can initiate different N-central actions right from within RangerMSP, this includes showing account and device information, launch remote control sessions and more.
