The owned software licenses are perpetual/lifetime – you pay for them only once and can use them for as long as you like. You own the licenses and never need to pay for them again.
The owned software licensing is straightforward and is based on the number of employees that you can manage in the software. Each employee requires one active employee license. This licensing model offers the flexibility to buy additional employee licenses only when needed.
Active employee licenses are also reusable and can be reassigned to other employees. All data related to deactivated employees is preserved.
Finally, the app client software can be installed on any number of PCs in your business, regardless of the number of active employees supported by your plan.
Yes, whether you have 1, 2, 8, 16, 27, 54, 152 or any other number of employees you can simply mix and match the additional employee license discounted options, listed above, to buy the exact number of licenses you need.
All features are included when you buy the software. Third party plugins are licensed separately.
Yes, at this time we offer a new owned software license, that also includes the first employee, for a discounted price and also offer highly discounted value packs for obtaining additional employee licenses.
Yes. The software can be configured to work with a dedicated SQL backend database. SQL is optional and it is not required in order to use the client app from multiple PCs in your local network all accessing the shared database. A license for the SQL database server, which is a 3rd party software, is not included with your software monthly or yearly plan and it may be purchased separately. Learn more & Pricing.
Support is provided to customers that opted into the optional annual coverage plan. Such customers can also use the latest version of RangerMSP.
Yes. You own perpetual/lifetime licenses for the software and you can use your software for as long as you like even without being covered by an annual plan. With the optional annual coverage plan you become entitled for support and can use the latest RangerMSP version.
