We are considering Commit, currently using ServiceCEO. Anyone out there that has switched from CEO toCommitCRM? One of the concerns I have is how to migrate 4 years worth of tickets to the new system. Also, playing around with the demo, I am used to closing a job then generating an invoice with all the documentation from the job, resolution, original issues, etc as well as the line charges. How do you handle this withCommitCRM. Do you send them a ticket report when the job is completed then an invoice when billing time comes around? Any other info for a potential newbie would be greatly appreciated as well.
