I was wondering were things are at with being able to add multiple email addresses to contacts, specifically secondary contacts.
With the ability to better track email communication I am starting to utilize the help@ email address with more clients. I am now running into problems with contacts who send from multiple email addresses. From what I can see CommitCRM only lets us have one email address attached to a secondary contact so the tickets don't get created or tracked automatically.
I'm guessing that the answer I'm going to get back is to create multiple secondary contacts, but that isn't a very clean fix. I also do not want to tell them that they must send from a specific address, not good business to tell your clients what to do. So I am asking if you can have the ability for CommitCRM to track multiple email addresses.
Thanks
