Just curious how other users of CommitCRM CRM are linking tickets that are related to the same or similar subject/description that come in via email.
A possible feature request would be to have the option to link a ticket to another ticket. The related ticket is then added to the existing ticket's Resolution/History tab of the current ticket.
The other possible option is to have the ability to merge tickets in to one ticket with the merging info stored in the Resolution/History tab. Use to this feature in Kayako.
Open to suggestions.
