Custom Discount Options

I would like to add my own custom discount options

For example in the Charge-Labor for the Discount/markup field I would like to have the option of "2nd Service" with a % value of 25% and "3rd Service" with a discount of 50%

1. Is it possible to add options to the Discount/markup drop down list?

2. Is it possible to have the Value field auto-populated with the appropriate discount selected?

custom discounts sounds like a great idea, and I can see how this can save some clicks when entering discounts. I added this as a feature request. Thanks.

BTW, in case you are not using this at the moment, you may find the custom pricing options helpful for some scenarios. This allows you to define custom pricing for accounts and for contracts, so you don't need to remember to add the discount on each charge. If this sounds interesting, you can find more information here.
