Which report to use for generating invoice from ticket?

Hello - I am new here, so please excuse my simple question:
I was going through all reports and I am insecure which report I should use to generate an invoice for a ticket. Of course I want to customize it. What do you suggest?

Hi drbeat, and welcome to the RangerMSP forums :-)

RangerMSP helps you manage your billing processes up to the invoicing stage. in order to create a real invoice you should basically use any accounting system, and if you use QuickBooks, you can use the RangerMSP-QuickBooks Link to create the invoice directly from RangerMSP (click here for more details).

That said, if you wish to generate a ticket report which will contain the charge information and the ticket details, I recommend on using the Technician Service Form Including Charges report. You can access it via the Reports > Charges section, and customize it by copying it to your custom report. Click here for more information on customizing report.
