Am I lookg at this correctly that I have to install CommitCRM with additional software to use it remotely. I am wondering because I am the only one who will ever use it remotely and don't need 5, 10, 15 users at a time. Is this the only way to setup remote access via terminal services? Thanks!

Re: CommitCRM from Terminal Services
You CAN do this? I was always told you had to purchase the CommitCRM SQL software to do it... Oh well, it doesn't matter now!

Re: RangerMSP from Terminal Services
Hi guys,
Working with RangerMSP over Terminal Services (or Citrix) on a central server indeed requires using the SQL Database addon product.
Note that if you only wish to use Remote Desktop (not on a central database) to take control over one of your network PCs, we may be able to help, please contact RangerMSP Support at support @.
I hope this helps to make it clearer,
Reno
