    QB Invoice Creation Problem

Every since I started using the CommitCRM SQL version, I have been having a problem with Invoice creation.

After leaving both QB & CommitCRM open on my machine for may 8 - 12 hours, when I go to create an invoice, CommitCRM will lockup. You have to kill the CommitCRM process to and log back in to get it to start working again. QB will say that the connection to the company file has been lost, even though you could have been using it fine right up to that point.

This happens consistently and has been for the last month or more...

    Any thoughts?

Perhaps I should add... I am using Vista 64 Bit & QB Pro 2005... And the latest release of Commit!

    Thanks!

      Re: QB Invoice Creation Problem

      Hello Luke,

      Thank you for your post.

We haven't seen behaviour like this yet. It sounds like it may be something with the QuickBooks integration layer with RangerMSP...

I'd like to go over the log files from your RangerMSP server, to see what can explain this behaviour

Can you please contact us directly with your server logs? (Help menu > Technical Support)
We will get back to you after analyzing the logs

      Many thanks in advance,

      Reno
