Within CommitCRM we send clients copies on the ticket using the PDF convertor button. On regular occassion's, when we attempt to use this function we receive the message "Failed to send Email" the only way to resolve this is to close out of CommitCRM and reopen.. Any suggestions ??

Hi Peter,
From your description this sounds like it may be an issue with RPC and Outlook. This behavior has been discussed in a previous forum post.
