As a one-person business who often gets bogged down putting out fires, I don't always have time to enter ticket information right away. As such, I often enter tickets "out of order", or not in the chronological order I performed the work.
This results in the tickets being out of order chronologically when I print Charge reports (I've customized the Charges report). I've set the Sort field to sort by Date so that the work performed appears chronologically, but the reports always come out in order of Ticket number. I've also tried setting the Sort field to Create Date and End Time with no luck.
