Ticket numbers

Hi all. I am evaluating this product and my first (of many to come, I am sure) question, is regarding the ticket numbering scheme. Why the 500-? and how or can I change the scheme of it?

Welcome to the RangerMSP Forums!

The 0500 part of the ticket number is there for future use. At this stage it is a fixed prefix for the ticket number itself which is auto-incremented.
