I am trying to track ticket closure rates. Has anyone come up with a way to evaluate daily and display in a report.
What I want is to know how many tickets came in within the last period (24 hrs, 48 hrs, etc.), who they were assigned to, when they were closed, the number of days/hours they were open, and a percentage of closed to total tickets within that time range.
I also want to track our techs performance such that I can see the number of tickets they were assigned in a give period and their closure rate as a percentage.
A dashboard would be extremely helpful but for now I will settle for a report.
