    Cannot focus a disabled or invisable window.

    Received this message today while trying to put in an opportunity. Any ideas?

    Thank you for reporting this.

    I'm not familiar with this behavior and message - can you describe in more detail the steps taken leading to this issue? Also, can you please send me the log files from RangerMSP in the help menu > technical support menu? This would be really helpful.

      I tried to send the longs but it only seems to work with an installed mail client.

      It seems to happen whenever CommitCRM tried to load a text field drop down menu. I wanted to attach the opportunity to an account and soon as it tried to show all the accounts, i received the message. Then i typed in the account name manually, got past that part but down the line when it tried to load another drop box, it happened again.

      Then i went to create a ticket and when it tried to load a drop down box i got this error:

      access violation at address 0026c144 module cmtvc130.dpl.

      I am using the client software on the same lan with the server.

        Is email support faster? It is now stopping us from doing much of anything that involves drop down boxes.

          Thanks for the additional information.
          It sounds like there is something going on with your installation, and we will need the log files in order to check this further. Please compress and send us a ZIP file with all the files under \RangerMSP\Logs. We will then be able to better understand what's happening there.
