    redispatching tickets

    Once a ticket is created and dispatched; if I decide to delete it off the calendar, is there a way of redispatching the ticket again?

    Thanks for posting this question.
    Sure, once you've deleted the appointment from the calendar, just go back to the Ticket - Details Tab, and put a checkmark in the Show ticket in Dispatcher option to place the ticket in the Dispatcher queue.
