    Is there a way to automatically send an email or notification to accounting once a ticket is completed and ready for billing?

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for posting this.

    The best option here is to ask your accountant to go to Tools menu > Options > Alerts > Activate the Tickets - Closed option. This will send them an alerts for ANY ticket being closed.
