    Email Notification for Manually Generated Tickets

    I really like the email customers get when they log a ticket by emailing our support email address. Is there a way to have this email sent when we manually log a ticket for a customer? We wouldn't want it for every ticket generated, but it would be nice to be able to send it when required.

    Thanks for posting this.
    RangerMSP cannot manually trigger the specific automatic response that the Email Connector sends your customers. However, the system has a robust Email Template system, which can send html reports and text messages to your customers.
    These templates can be edited in the Settings menu > Email Templates.
