Hi,

Is it possible using a tablet PC to have a client sign a ticket on the tablet screen while at a job site? This would save us printing tickets.

Hi,

What you can do is scan the signature to a file (e.g. PDF file), and file it in RangerMSP as a Document linked to the ticket. You can drag-and-drop the file into the ticket window in RangerMSP, and this will create a RangerMSP Document and will file automatically under the ticket.
