hi,
how to restore the database except for account, tickets and assets. I mean is i want to restore my edited tabs, fields, forms and employee. hope that you can help me.

And thanks for helping me how to configure our web interface, my boss was thankful that our web interface is now working. He said that CommitCRM crm is the best!. ;)

Thanks for posting this and for your comments on our last communications.
The only option we support is to export/save any data you would want to keep, and import it into a clean database that we set you up with. However, from the list of data you said you want to keep, this would only really be viable for the reports/forms, since the employees list, edited tabs & fields cannot be exported.
Each report can be saved to a file from within the Designer by using the File menu > Save to file option, and then imported into a new RangerMSP database.
