We are just preparing to use CommitCRM to track block of time contracts. Previously we've done this with a process of exporting time\tickets and then tracking them in Quickbooks.
I've got the Block of Time contracts set up in CommitCRM and understand how to invoice for new blocks of time when they expire or are used.
However, we need to send monthly statements to customers letting them know the monthly starting balance of their contract, what time was used during the prior month and for what (tickets), and the monthly ending balance.
If anyone can provide some guidance, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Dave
