    Subject in Alert emails

    I'm running the CommitCRM alerts server primarily to notify technicians of new or modified jobs via email. As most of these emails are recieved on iPhone or similar when out of the office, we find the standard subject line hard to use.
    The information is good, but would be better if, for example, the customer name could be moved to the first item.
    Is there any way to do this?

    We have received similar comments about the subject line on the alerts sent from the Alert Server. This is great feedback, and I’ve added your comments to the opened feature request that we have on this topic. For now, we have this on the list, and we’ll try to get it in as soon as possible.
