CommitCRM email connector will create tickets based on GFI MAX alerts sent via email. Interlinks GFI MAX integration allows you from the iphone to look up an Account within CommitCRM and then if that account is linked to GFI MAX within Interlink you can click a button and it will show you any alerts for that client directly from GFI MAX but displayed within the Interlink interface on the iphone.

Quick Update:

RangerMSP version 5.7 was recently released and introduces a new RangerMSP-GFI MAX Link module.

The RangerMSP integration with GFI MAX includes:

• Automatic Ticket creation from GFI MAX failed checks.
• Link Accounts to Sites in GFI MAX or create Account from Site.
• Link Assets to Devices in GFI MAX or create Asset from Device.
