I purchased a license a few days but i havent receive my activation code.
How long does it takes ?

Is there anyone that can tell me how long it takes to receive the license, I was with the impression that once paid my license would be email to me , I have email the support team but receive no answer from them.

I believe it was under 24 hours for me... been awhile though! It is the weekend, ...and I think it is a manual process. They send you a file that you replace in your CommitCRM install.

lpopejoy is 100% right. We review orders manually during work days.

Anyway, I happen to noticed your post here and have sent your order for processing (even though it is the weekend!). You can expect to receive your license codes shortly.
