Error importing assets

Hi,

When i importing assets, it prompt error "invalid class string"
I've when to "Asset" click import, select hardware, link to accounts, once i click next a window open usually i can select the rows and column to import but it prompt the error in a pop up window.

Thanks for posting this.
This error usually indicates that Excel is not installed, or not properly installed on the PC performing the import.

What you can do is one of the following:[list][*]Open the Excel file, and save it as CSV (text-based) file, and import the CSV file[*]Run RangerMSP from a workstation which does have Excel installed.[list]
