    Customer web interface

    Support.

    I have changed what the customers can view in tools> web interface and unchecked charges(view)
    But logging in as a customer in the web interface : I can still view the charges..
    I have waited more than 25 minutes to changes take effect, Have logged out and logged back in ..
    Still the charges are there.

    Is there a solution?

    Hi Jared,

    Thanks for posting this.
    In order for the changes to the Web Interface Permissions to take effect, we suggest restarting the RangerMSPWebInterface Service, and then logging in as a customer.

    Let us know how this goes.
