Create new documents

Hi,
I am trying to create new documents using a template using the instructions provided here and I ran into two problems:
1. The newly created document opens with the field name without the data
2. Is it possible to set a default template directory as set in the options tab?

Thanks for posting this.
The default template folder can be adjusted from the Tools > Options > Documents tab. Once you adjust the correct value from \RangerMSP\Templates, to your preferred folder, the template load/save windows should default to the new folder location.

Could you possible email us a copy of the template DOT file, so that we can analyze the results that it provides?
