Access Violation query

We have recently had a couple of errors occur when accessing accounts and charges withinCommitCRM. The program hangs in suspended mode and an information dialogue box opens advising that an "access violation occurred in module CommitCrm.exe". The program can only be closed using the windows task manager.

How does this issue get resolved if the next time the user login in to CommitCRM the same thing happens when they enter the relevant account or charge screen again?

Thanks for posting this.
In order to better understand what is causing the described error; we'll need you to send us the log files from your RangerMSP system. The log files can be found in Help > Technical Support.

Once we have the logs, we’ll analyze them to ascertain the cause for this behavior.
