Reports should report data if the employee/user is active or not. Going back now to print some old reports for archiving, they are very inaccurate as it is only reporting based on CURRENTLY active users. A real pain. Any option to have these reports show actual data during that time period specified?

Re: Reports for Inactive Users
Well, exploring further, it does seem inactive users are on some reports, just not others. Example, Employee Charges does show inactive, while Monthly Hours Summary does not.

Re: Reports for Inactive Users
Hi Joshua,
Thanks for posting this.
RangerMSP licensing is based on the number of employees you manage in the system. Hence if an employee is marked inactive, the system will not allow that employee to show up in dropdown lists; and the system will not be able to filter by that employee record.
In order to temporarily allow yourself to generate the backdated reports you need; you'll need to mark the employee Active again.
If you do not have an extra license available for that employee; you can temporarily mark another employee inactive, so that you'll be able to enable the employee you need to create the reports for.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Sherry
