Yes. You need to use Word's merge documents feature. To manage Word's merge documents, go to Settings > Documents > Template Management.
Click on the New Template button, provide a name for the template and select a template (it can be your office letterhead, for example). A new Word template window will open. Click OK on the Confirm the pop-up window. You can now design and edit the template as needed and add a RangerMSP Merge Field from the Merge Field list. Then, save the template.
To use RangerMSP Templates, in the New Document window select Create From Based on a RangerMSP Template then select one of your predefined templates. RangerMSP data fields will automatically be merged in the new word document based on the selected template.
