Hi there,

For clients that have more than one contract is there a way to set one of the contracts as the default contract?

for some of our clients we have more than one contract (eg one for phone/remote support and another for monitoring or something else).

If we do the "Forcing a Default Contract for an Account" as per the link - what happens at the end of the month when we batch copy to new contracts - does it update the default contract to the new contract?

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.
Each contract that you force cannot be updated by the system; so that should be updated by the user; however, you'd be reminded to do this when you mark the older contracts as complete, since you can't mark default contracts as complete.
