We were looking for a solution to be able to setup web based forms for our larger clients so that the client would simply answer questions on a web form with validation and then once submitted the form would create the necessary ticket within CommitCRM under the correct client and reference / contract.
We came up with a cost effective solution using MachForms (which makes awesome webforms - http://www.appnitro.com/machform/features) and documented the overall steps needed for the integration on our blog at http://www.computerwiz.com/commit-cr...ing-machforms/
The same process for creating a ticket can be used to create anything supported by the CommitCRM CRM XML API. Thought that some others might be looking for a similar solution, so hopefully you find this useful.
