commit error trying to generate quickbooks invoice

I am getting the following error when generating a quickbooks invoice from commit:

QuickBooks Status Code:500
QuickBooks Message:The query request has not been fully completed. There was a required element ("8000014C-1270430711") that could not be found in QuickBooks.

Hi John,

Thanks for posting this.
This error means that there is a problem with the link between QuickBooks and RangerMSP on one of the elements (Customer or Service Item) that you're creating the invoice for.

In order to resolve this, please go to each invoiced Service item as well as the Invoiced Account in RangerMSP, and try to update their counterparts in QuickBooks with the RangerMSP data.

All except for 1 of the data syncs should pass successfully; however, the 1 that doesn't pass will need to be relinked to the correct service item in QuickBooks.

Everything discussed in this post can be done from the QuickBooks toolbar menu in RangerMSP.
