is there a way to undelete a deleted item (ticket, charge, etc.) -- I see some items that were accidentally deleted in the history window but there doesn't appear to be a restore option...

Hi Ray,

The system doesn't include a database "trash bin", so the lost data cannot be recovered unless you have backed them up. If you have a recent backup of that history data, you can restore it and continue using that with only losing the data entered after the backup.

We generally don't recommend making a habit of deleting Customer Oriented information from the system, since it may be useful in the future. We suggest setting up a procedure not allowing yourself or any employees to delete RangerMSP data unless absolutely necessary.
