We have just released Scheduling capability for the Online system. This allows you to push up a ticket to GeoOP Online and then Schedule using our easy to use drag and drop Scheduling. To access Scheduling go to People then Schedule.
Tickets can be updated from the iPhone and using the CommitCRM email dropbox all updates are automatically managed.
When a note is created in any GeoOP system (online, iphone app or mobile browser version) it is automatically creates a charge in CommitCRM.
