I'm running CommitCRM on a Windows 7 64Bit computer (for now).
I've configured the Web Server exactly as stated in the documentation. I'm running on port 4961, and have tried setting the IP to the machines IP address, AND also tried 127.0.0.1.
I've also turned off DEP while troubleshooting this.
I CANNOT see the web interface - EVEN from the local machine. I've tried:
127.0.0.1:4961
192.168.14.23:4961
localhost:4961
No matter what, I get a cannot connect error, and if I run NETSTAT, it DOESN'T SHOW the port as open or being listened on.
I have NO firewall turned on right now, and CAN ping the IP Adress.
PLEASE - does anyone have ANY advice?
