    Do customers get an alert when the status changes on a ticket? ...Or is it ONLY when the ticket is completed?

    Thanks for posting this.
    The new (RangerMSP 5.3) Alerts for Customers feature offers the ability to send automated alerts to customers, together with customizable templates and attached PDF reports upon new creation and completion of tickets; however, to answer your question, the customer does not receive audit alerts.
