is there any way to hide employee details? i want only our HR can view employee details.

Thanks for posting this.
The RangerMSP system shows every employee the employee list; however, using RangerMSP Employee Permissions, you can prevent employees from seeing/editing/deleting other employees service data (like preventing them from seeing other employee Tickets, etc.). This means that each employee will only have access to data that they manage.

For now, we suggest keeping sensitive information in a password protected DOC/XLS file for each employee and importing the file into RangerMSP for easy access by your HR department.
