Is there a way to create a custom screen/interface that has fields specific to the ticket "Type"?
For example:
If a customer logs in to the web interface and creates a new ticket in which they select "Type: New Hire" (We Edit List for that option under Type). They would then be prompted to add specific information for a New Hire type ticket?
