some of my employees are getting email alerts for all new and changed tickets in the system. How do I (as administrator) disable this?

Hi Rob,
Each Employee can set their personal alerting preferences by logging into RangerMSP client, then from the menu Tools > Options > Alerts tab. You cannot change other employee preferences unless you have their password.
In case you wish to disable all email alerts to all employees by running ServerConfig, visiting the Alerts Server tab and change it's status to OFF.
