my problem is i don't know how to filter my data in a monthly basis and export it in an excel file.. please help me..

It depends on which data you wish to export.
In any case, each window has a [V] Filter, check box option. Once clicked a button is displayed next to it, called 'Filter...'. Click it. A window will open where you can define the search criteria. Define your filter as needed - if your'e exporting Tickets filter it by Open Date, if you're filtering Charges, filter it by the Charge Date, etc. Then confirm.
The filter will be applied and only records that answer the filter/search criteria will be displayed.
Once you export the list now, only the filtered record will be exported.
If you're using the Advanced Exporting option, then you do not need to use Windows' filters, this is because the Advanced Exporting Wizard will export let you define the filtering criteria.
