error sending email

When I try to send an email from say the ticket window, let's say ticket details all i get is an error mesage saying failed sending email.

I have searched the forum and have tried the RPC fix and that did not work and unlike others who can send the first message I cannot send any from within the software.

The email connector I just installed is working wonderfully though!

Your log files may put some light on this as well. Please use the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP and select to send us your log files.

That would be geat if only I could! I just opened CommitCRM and went to send you the email and it trouws back the message failed sending email.

I am sending you the log file manually once i know which on it is.

Please zip and send us the content of the following folder <server>\RangerMSP\Logs.
