Creating template in Internal field?

We're trying to implement a template so that all of our clients have the same info listed under the Service tab, Internal field. Is there anyway that I can create a template so that field will have pre-filled out information for all and any new clients?

Here's what you should do in order to implement this:

Create a "template" Account, with almost no data, except for the data you wish to replicate (call it "TEMPLATE" ), then, instead of creating a new Account by clicking new, select the "template" Account and click Copy. The standard New Account Window will open, fill in the fields, once confirmed, a new Account will be created, where all of the Account fields, including the Service Internal Description were copied from the "template" Account.
