Print to multiple printers

Sometimes we want to print to other network printers. The printer that is installed on the server, is not the one that is near the front desk. How can we add the option to print to other printers?

I tried to search but " Print to multiple printers " is too short a term apparently.

I'm not sure exactly what do you mean by this... if you have more than one printer installed on the machine from where you run RangerMSP, then you can select to which printer to print. For example, in the Tickets window select to preview one of the Technician Service Forms, then click the Printer icon (top-left), a printing dialog window opens where you can click "Printer" to select the printer you want to print to.

That was the trick. You had to preview the ticket first. Otherwise it just prints to the default printer. Thanks!
