    commit-quickbooks file transfer

    hi!

how do we recognize the new files imported from the quickbooks if we have existing data on CommitCRM?

    Re: commit-quickbooks file transfer

what if we have same company name on quickbooks and commit, will data be merged or overwrite?

      Re: RangerMSP-quickbooks file transfer

      remsle,

Click here to learn how to import your data (Customers and Items) from QuickBooks into RangerMSP.
The import process links the newly created RangerMSP records to the parallel record in QuickBooks.

Before performing the import you should first link exiting records in RangerMSP and the parallel records in QuickBooks. This will prevent any duplicate record from being created during the mass import. Click here to learn more about Account records linking, and here about Item records linking.

      I hope this helps.

      Regards,
      Sherry

          remsle,

Account/Customer deletions are not synced between RangerMSP and QuickBooks. This way the data is safe and kept without any changes in the other side.

          Thanks,
