Is there anyway to allow customers to VIEW tickets but not to EDIT them?
We are having a problem with customers going into their account and changing the status of the ticket. Sure we can tell them not to do that but there isn't any reason they should have access to this anyway.
How can we shut off the EDIT link for CUSTOMERS only?
