Searching assets

I have my assets named as client + assets name, eg: abcltd internet details or abcltd network details, or abcltd webhosting account etc. Is it possible to search for example, interent details and the result would display all that has the word internet on the asset name? At the moment only the initial name searching works but if you enter any other name it displays nothing?

Hi mcjack,

Yes, this is possible.

Instead of using the Toolbar Asset search option, click to open the Filter window. There, select the "Asset Name" field, the the "Includes" condition, and the text to look for within the name, like "interent details". Done! Confirm the filter and only Asset records that have "interent details" as part of their name will be listed.
