    Getting a commiterr.log file

We are trying to open CommitCRM from some remote machines on the network. Allof us have full permission to the server hosting it, and all rights enabled for all users. Yet on certain machines, CommitCRM appears in the task manager on open, then closes itself.

In the client directory an error log is created(commiterr.log), it reads:
    " Error Running CommitCRM 1003"

Can anyone tell me what this error message means?

    Re: Getting a RangerMSPerr.log file

    limpydan,

It's hard to tell what is causing this.

RangerMSP is not actually installed on each client PC but rather the user runs a shortcut to the <server>\RangerMSP\Client\RangerMSP.exe file.
Try navigating to this file, right click it and select to run it as Administrator.

Besides, using the Help > Technical Support menu option in RangerMSP select to send us your RangerMSP log files by email.

    Hope this helps.
