Little screencast of an integration between Digium Switchvox AA305 PBX and CommitCRM using Interlink. When a call comes in, the inbound caller ID is searched in Accounts and Contacts within CommirCRM and the matching client record is displayed. Interlink displays the account information (name / address), who the primary and secondary engineers are assigned to the account, contact info, any open tickets, map of client location, and ability to create a ticket or history note for the client that called in all from within the Switchvox Switchboard.
